(1) density

(2) the open circuit voltage method

(3) the dc discharge method

If use this method to test the battery internal resistance must be under static or offline, unable to realize the online measurement. (4) communication injection method
Communication method based on the accumulator injection current signal IS a constant communication, measure the response signal at the ends of the battery voltage Vo, and the phase difference of the two to determine the battery internal resistance R. This method does not need to discharge the battery, can realize safe battery internal resistance online detection, it will not affect the performance of the battery. But need to measure ac current signal Is the method, the response signal voltage Vo, and the phase difference between voltage and current, so this method Is not only more interference factors, and increase the complexity of the system, but also affects the accuracy of measurement.
 
In order to solve the defects of each methods this paper used the four terminal measurement mode, the battery on both ends of the voltage response signal through differential circuit and generates a constant source of sine signal communication through analog multiplier multiply, then the analog multiplier output voltage signal through the filter circuit, the ac signal into dc signal, the dc signal after dc amplifier amplification modulus conversion, the converted value into single chip microcomputer for simple processing.
